Obligatory About Me Bit

Me? I'm that oddball crazy-haired computer teacher. I can be either incredibly shy or incredibly vocal, depending on my mood and how much caffeine I have consumed. I'm a voracious reader, a tech-toy loving geek, and an animal lover. I share my home with assorted cats, dogs, lizards, and assorted other critters.

When I'm not at home, I can usually be found out in my kayak exploring the local ponds, lakes, and rivers. I've managed to addict most of my friends to kayaking, and am apparently (in)famous for my assorted river rescues. I help organize the Delaware Valley Kayaking Meetup group, so I'm constantly scouting out new and exciting paddling spots. I also think my backyard is breeding boats!

Currently obsessed with Supernatural, Torchwood, Doctor Who, Primeval, Criminal Minds, Top Gear, Harry Potter and House MD fandoms, and I can usually be found lurking about the various fandom communities on LJ, or giggling madly online with my TV Dates when our favorite shows are on. Of course, tomorrow that may all change again, so who knows. :D
